order) and the resulting procedure is passed the resulting arguments.
オペレータとオペランドの式は評価され (unspecified な順で)、結果の
手続きが結果の引数をパスされる。 ; ひどい訳だ

と書かれていますよね。ってことは、0 が procedure として引数をパス
される前に (c 1) は評価されるべきなのでは？
