ごめんごめん。見逃してた。「Shelからごりごりと」ってのは、ShellWindows
などのオブジェクトを使うってこと。

ShellWindowsコレクションから、InternetExplorerオブジェクトが取得できる。
InternetExplorerって言っても、普通のExplorerも含むからおっけー。

そんで、InternetExplorerのLocationURLプロパティで、今開いているパスが
取得できる。vbs でのサンプルは↓な感じ。


　 Set s = CreateObject("Shell.Application")
　Set sws = s.Windows()

　h = ここにウィンドウハンドルを入れる

　For Each i In sws
　　If i.hWnd = h Then
　　　MsgBox i.LocationURL
　　End If
