UriクラスのGetLeftPartメソッドのSDKドキュメント

によると、「http://www.contoso.com/index.htm#main」というURIに対して、
GetLeftPart(UriPartial.Path)を実行すると、
「http://www.contoso.com/」が返るというような記述になってるけど、
実際にやってみたら「http://www.contoso.com/index.htm」が返ってきた。
これってドキュメントの方のミスかなぁ…。
