それらしいのを作ったのですが、EnterだけはWindowsの警告音が鳴ります。
やはり基本的に間違ってるのでしょうか・・・

それとSelectNext(ActiveControl, True, True);・・・で
Enter入力で　次のTEditには飛べました。
