C-x C-f ~/elisp/hoge.el してその中に

と書いてあるとしますよね。これを評価して
M-x hoge で ~/elisp/ RET すると ~/elisp/ ディレクトリではなく
~/elisp/hoge.el というファイル名が渡ってしまって困るのですが、これはそ
ういうものなんですか？
