ComboBoxとListBoxのリスト内容を同期させたい（内容及び、選択されている項目を同一にしたい）のですが、一般的にはどのような方法を取っているのでしょうか。以下のようなコードを書きましたが、うまくいきません。

property Items:TStringList read GetItems write SetItems;

function TMyForm.GetItems ...
begin
　result := ComboBox.Items;
end;
procedure TMyForm.SetItems ...
begin
　ComboBox.Items := Value;
　ListBox.Items := Value;
end;


MyForm.Items.Clear

などのように呼び出す場合は、SetItems ではなく GetItems だけが
呼び出されてしまうみたいですね。
