Thank you very much for the order you placed at *****.com.
We have attempted to process your order,
but were unable to confirm your billing information with your credit card
company or bank.
In order to protect customers and ourselves from fraud, we would like to
verify your information in this manner:
We have charged your card for a small amount of the total order cost
(less than $3). Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and
ask for the EXACT amount charged to your account by *****.com.
Next, report the amount back to us via email, phone, or fax. This will verify
you as the cardholder, and we will immediately ship your order. Please also
include your name and order number.
Your order will be held for you for five (5) business days. If we do not
hear from you within this time, we will assume you wish to cancel the
order, and we will credit your card for the small verification amount.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have found this to be the quickest
and easiest way to protect the public and ourselves from fraudulent orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS,
CUSTOMS DUTIES, BROKER FEES AND ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS.
Inquire locally. These fees may include Import
Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees.
These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
The shipping charge by *****.com does NOT include any of these fees.
You will normally be charged customs fees by the company that delivers
the package if they apply.
We apologize for the delay, and thank you for your business.
