最新のgit（1dba837、2016-02-02以降）だと、
ローカルのHLS-M3U8マニフェストを読み込んでくれないな。
新たに実装されたプロトコルホワイトリストに"file"がないからなんだけど、
オプションでこれを無効にできないかなぁ。
