学生時代にvmware workstation7アカデミック版を購入し、
PCに一度だけインストールしましたが、
使う機会がなく現在に至っています。

この度workstation９になり、windows８対応、
３D機能が少し強化されたと知り、
自分の持っているworkstation７アカデミック版をアップデートするために、
HPからアップデート版を購入しようとしましたが、
購入画面でつまづいて進みません。

Step 2: Select the licenses to upgradeで
自分の持っているアカデミック版ライセンスキーを入力すると、
赤文字で
The license key you entered is not in the list of eligible keys or
you have no eligible keys to filter.
Please verify that the license key is registered and
that you have selected the correct product to purchase.
と表示されます。

どなたか解決策がわかる方、お願いします。
