Releases Notes：
1. Update the based version to Chromium 16.0.912.59.

News in Chromium 15 and Chromium 16:
1. A brand new New Tab Page.
2. Sync not enforcing server legal bookmark names when migrating to new specifics.
3. Enables sync and brings all your bookmarks, apps, extensions, all your saved passwords, and your omnibox doesn’t know which sites you visit often to all of your computers.
4. Multi-users, and the different user can sync different account.
