1.6.3.0 alpha3 release notes:
Update the based version to Chrome 12.0.742.122.
1. New feature: Merger Options and Enhanced Option.
2. New feature: IE clound switch.
3. New feature: Changing the setup of proxy can work without restart.
4. New feature: Add the OEM configuration of newtab and sidebar.
5. Bug fixed: Lose cookies after switch.
