ボタンやタブなどのサイズ・形などを変更しないのならExtension形式のテーマのほうが楽。
ただしGoogle ChromeのStableリリース(2.0.172.xx)は未対応。

・インストールはcrxファイルをドラッグ＆ドロップ
・デフォルトに戻すには[オプション]→[Personal Stuff]→[Reset to default theme]
・アンインストールはOmniboxにchrome://extensions/を入力
インストールすると、画像はプロファイルフォルダのExtensionsフォルダ内に、
設定はPreferencesファイルの中の"theme"セクションにコピーされるので
これらを直接弄って微調整できる。
