Hi,

there are some small bug fixes in CVS and I would
like to release 3.98.1 next Saturday.

The version is tagged RELEASE__3_98_1 from lame3_98 branch.
It would be great if as many developers as possible check it
out, test it and comment on it before next friday.

Especially the small change in matching given ID3v1 genre
names at commandline should reduce maintenance cost. The
formerly strict pattern matching caused lots of questions.
