質問させてください。
equation環境にlabelを貼りたいのですが、auxファイルにlabelが反映されません。
下にその現象が起きるサンプルを貼ります。

\usepackage[slantedGreek]{mathpazo}
\usepackage{amsmath,amssymb}
\usepackage[framed,thmmarks]{ntheorem}
\usepackage[dvips]{graphicx,color}

\begin{document}

\section{あいう} \label{sec:kyori}

\begin{equation}
eee=eee \label{m circ}
\end{equation}

\eqref{m circ} です。
\end{document}

原因はntheoremパッケージのthmmarksのオプションにあることが分かりました、このオプションを削除するときちんと表示されます。
しかし、thmmarksオプションを使用してtex文書を作成していたため、できればthmmarksを削除したくありません。
thmmarksオプションを使用しつつ、equation環境にlabelを貼るにはどうしたら宜しいでしょうか？ご教授願います。
