In South Korea, almost all middle schools and high schools limit students' hair. A student who has hair beyond the rule has to get a haircut. What is worse, a teacher has students' hair cut by force.
(Schools limit not only hair length but also hair color)
Why are they doing?
I don't know a reson. There's no reason.
One teacher said "If you have long hair, you will not study hard. Long hair interfere with your studies and short hair shows you're a student."
But I think that's groundless.
Where is human rights?
Then I'll show you the realities.

Hockeystick or PVC pipe or a bamboo stick or a baseball bat is used to the punishment.
Victims just didn't get a haircut. Are they guilty?
School tramples upon human rights.
You won't believe this, it's common in Korea. ALMOST ALL schools do this.
I can't tolerate the situation like this. There isn't education.
