取りあえず、

　・Trend Micro Personal Firewall
　・Trend Micro Proxy Service
　・Trend NT Realtime Service
　・Remote Access Connection Manager
　・Telephony
　・Plug and Play
　・Remote Procedure Call (RPC)　

は、全部起動してるみたいです。

何度か、PCを再起動させてみたのですが、効果がないようです。
弱ったな・・・
