In fact, all our Japanese orders are already packed and in our warehouse, ready for pick up for delivery to Japan tomorrow.
Some backer orders went out together with DDDJapan two weeks ago,
allowing us to confirm the process for bundled import at Japan import customs.
Unfortunately the bundled import of multiple Japanese orders was slower and more lengthy than we expected,
so we will go back to individual shipments for our final batch of backers to Japan.
After you received your Trinus machines DDDJapan will help us distribute spare parts,
repair parts and filaments to you and they also provide a technical support forum (in Japanese) for Trinus users.


To sum it up: Japanese orders will go to HongKong tomorrow and from there be sent to Japan end of this week or early next week.
