nginxを使いrailsアプリを動かそうとしてます。
nginxサーバーを起動後、作ったアプリ(http://www.hoge.com/hoge/index)にアクセスしようとすると

の500エラーが表示されます。

developmentモードだからこうなるのでしょうか？
productionモードに切り替えて立ち上がるようにするにはどうすればいいですか？
