んだらcontact.phpの48行目の
define('LOCATION_URL',"text.php");
っての全部消して
Ctrl+Fでheader('Location: '. LOCATION_URL);を検索してそこの行を
header('Location: '.$_POST["send_page"]);
に変えて、全てのフォームに
<input type="hidden" name="send_page" value="そのフォームのアドレス">
ってのを追加すればいいと思うよ。
だからb.htmlってフォームがあるなら
<input type="hidden" name="send_page" value="b.html">
ってな感じ。
