$fp = file_get_contents('http://hogehoge.jp/');
echo $fp;

なら問題ないのですが、

$fp = file_get_contents('http://hogehoge.jp:80/');
echo $fp;

のようにポート番号を含むと正常に表示できません。
Warning: file_get_contents(
http://hogehoge.jp:80/): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

ポート経由のデータをfile_get_contentsしたいのですが、
この場合どう対応すれば良いでしょうか？
