php-5.0.0RC3 から php-5.0.0 にバージョンアップしたのですが、

$_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_PW'] は取得できるのですが、
$_SERVER['PHP_AUTH_USER'] は取得できません。
なぜでしょうか?
クリーンインストールしたほうがいいのでしょうか。
