で、htpasswd でパスワードを設定

# htpasswd -c /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/pass/.htpasswd tama
New password:
Re-type new password:
Adding password for user tama

ユーザーを追加するときは、htpasswd を-cオプションを付けずに実行
