MySQLの質問というよりはDBIモジュールの質問ではないかな。
$sth->execute;
$name = $sth->{NAME};
$type = $sth->{TYPE};
$data = $sth->fetchall_arrayref;

これで漏れは全部のデータが取得できるんだが。
