ポイント
・722のようなことがあった報告も参加してたサークルの訴えもない
・ステッカーはサイズも小さく扱いやすいためいくつかのサークルが引き受けた

現時点の論点はステッカー設置配布が違反行為だったかみたいだが、
売ってたわけじゃないし路上で立ってまいてたんじゃないしなぁ。
