We are volunteers who gather to prevent illegal traffic that happens frequently at “Hachi-ko” temporary entrance in Shibuya station.

Recently, the following illegal acts happen frequently.
Act that passes forcibly even if gate of automatic ticket machine closes.
Act of illegal street by misusing device of automatic ticket machine and coming off.

These acts are the one that it violates the　right of railway business.

Especially, It is a present condition that the prevention against these illegal acts is scarce because “Hachi-ko” temporary entrance is uninhabited.

We feel resentment for such an act.

It was determined that it thought whether we were good at something, and we decided to keep watch automatic ticket machines.

We are standing in front of the ticket gate for a long time today.
Moreover, we are taking a picture with the video camera.
We think that these acts are done within the range where these acts do not break the law and where do not prevent passenger's traffic.

Especially, we pay attention to action of taking pictures to protect the rights to portrait.
