これ本当？ 以下がCenterCom8216XLのGigabit Etherの設定画面だけど、
FullとHalfの設定項目があるよ。私の調整したのはこの部分だよ。

Disable (partition) this port

> Auto negotiate
Full duplex
Half duplex

Backpressure enabled (Half Duplex)
> No backpressure
Flow control (Full Duplex)
> No flow control

Discard broadcast packets
> Regular forwarding of broadcasts
