スケアロいれても操作できないくらい重くなってしまったので、リロードしました。
CPUも数％まで下がり、ARPエントリも1000未満になりました。

実は、ISPとの接続がPPPoEではなく、Ethernet直結なので、
インターネット上のアドレスが全部ARPで登録されてしまうんです。
どうにも気持ち悪いんですが、しょうがないです。

でも、やっぱりclear arpが効かないのと、
キャッシュのTTLを60秒にしても、テーブルに残り続けてるのが不思議です。
