ちょいと質問。
Index ofを非表示にする場合は多くがhttpd.confなり.htaccessのほうで設定するけれど、
仮にindex.htmlを置いて、httpd.confとか.htaccessで有効のままの場合、
index.htmlを無視してindex ofを見られることってある？
