windowxp homeedition service pack3、フレッツ光プレミアム環境下のＰＣで
teredoの接続を試しているのですがうまくいきません。
コマンドで見ても、状態がofflineのままで、エラーも「なし」のままです。

typeをenterpriseclientにしたり、
サーバ名を、teredo.remlab.netやteredo.ginzado.ne.jp、最後に.(ドット)を
つけたりもしましたが同じ状態です。
どこが問題なんでしょうか？
