つfdisk /dev/mmcd/disc0/disc

で、便乗質問(ﾟДﾟ)∩ 長文失礼。

上のコマンドをpdaXromのatermから叩くと
You will not be able to write the partition table.
って出てfdiskのコマンドモードに移る。
fdiskの前に「umount /mnt/card」済み。
パーティションいじって w で書き込むと当然
Unable to write /dev/mmcd/disc0/disc
って出て反映されない。

SDカードはWindowsからは普通に読み書きできるんで、
書込み禁止とかじゃないと思うんだけど、
/mnt/cardにファイルコピーしようとすると
cp: unable to open '/mnt/card/ほげ':Read-only file system

どうすれば書き込めるの＿|￣|○
