Onodera and Toyozawa 13) attained the same results from physical considerations.
Yonezawa 14) and Leath independently evaluated the best first-order approximation via diagram techniques and obtained formulations were found to be identical with the CPA.
The fact that this approximation has been reached through various methods quite independently suggests that the theory serves as a good approximation from many view poins.
