From now on, the postings of this thread are going to be specialized
to discuss about the qualities of the faculty members of the universities,
in particular those of various math. departments in Japan. You have to
notify very seriously that the private information of the individual
persons/institutions should be avoided as much as possible, at least very
carefully treated, so that we have almost no possibilities to be
clarified/specified. Then the general discussions are relatively easy
to be developed.

So, anybody who wants to start discussing are encouraged.
