ある自然数lに対して
Σ_{1≦i_1＜i_2＜...＜i_l≦n}
という和の操作が
the summation is to be extended over all combinations of the numbers 1,2,...,n, l at a time, repetitions not allowed
と説明されていたのですが、repetitions not allowed の意味がよくわかりません。
これは＜が等号を含まないことについての、この操作の説明なのか、
それとも何か新たな条件を付加してるのか？
