これは単なる畳み込みの問題
　f→g : g(x) = ∫f(t) h(x-t) dt
で、そのフーリエ変換が
　G(s) = F(s) H(s)
なので、hの台が有限で区分的に連続ならば
　H(s)→0 as |s|→∞
が成り立つので自明。
