This is a full feature graphical interface, with all options selectable by the user, no command line, no compiling.
Can be used for Mpeg1 & 2, VCD 1 & 2, SVCD, and X(S)VCD creation.

Package contains:

Mpeg2enc will write a Configuration file for MediaPipe w/mpeg2enc
Mp2enc will encode a wav audio into mpeg 1 layer 2
Mplex will multiplex mpeg audio and video streams
Vcdxgen will generate a xml script with the correct filestruture
Vcdxbuild will build Toast compatable .img, or .cue/.bin tracks
VcdxPlay will send a command to VideoLAN to play VCD/SVCD disk
