Since upgrade to 10.11.5
if I try to reboot or shutdown, process is stuck with finder refusing to leave or restart.

Problem was due to an old startup item Bamboocore from wacom in 2011.
After killing process shutdown was possible.
Removing it solved definitively the problem.
