Safari 環境設定→機能拡張→Adguard→Use.an old API instead of the "Content Blocking API"

ツールバーの Adguard ボタンをクリックして Adguard settings を選択して
General settings の Activate the most appropriate filters automatically をオフ
Ad blocker に ABP Japanese Filters が入ってたらオフ
