Macintouchのユーザコメント見て、本当かよw　と思ったけど、実際やってみたらiCloud Downloadカラムが消えたw

Select your Music library, and choose View > Only Music Available Offline. Then select your Movies library and do the same. Then select your TV Shows library and do the same.
