OS 9から立ち上げて見てみました

1.Internet Explorer 5 が存在するハードディスクを開きます。
2.ハードディスク内の "Exploer" フォルダへ移動します。
　HD/Users/(ユーザー名）/Library/Preference/Explorer
a.ハードディスクをダブルクリックして開きます。
b.メニューより "ホーム" アイコンをクリックします。
c.Library → Preference → Explorer の順にフォルダを開きます。
3."Explorer" フォルダ内の、"History.html" ファイルをデスクトップ等へ移動します。
4.Internet Explorer 5 を起動します。

３．のHistory.htmlがないのです。
