とりあえず下の文をコピペして送ってみろ。
それで向こうがオーケーといってきたら日本語で報告してみたら。

I'm a Japanese Mac developer.
I found some deadly bugs
in the current beta version of Panther.
I really want you to fix them,
but unfortunately, I don't have the English writing skill
enoght to explainwhat's wrong with my Mac.
So, is it alright for me to write the bug report in Japanese?
If you don't have any trouble,
I will send you a detailed report in Japanese.
