~/.tcshrc でも、~/.cshrc でも、存在する方に件の一行挿入するだけ(両方
ないなら
touch ファイル
で作る)。
vi とか、pico とかに不馴れなら、
open -e ~/.tcshrc (or ~/.cshrc)

これでTextEdit で編集できる。
