The latest from the grapevine:

*iBook updates are still a while off -- probably more than a month away, with supplies of the current model
continuing to be strong. When the update does come, it will probably include a 12 inch, 800MHz model, and a 14
inch, 867 or 900MHz model. Airport Extreme support and possibly also an updated enclosure are also on the
docket.

*The rumors of a developmental build of Safari including Tabbed Browsing support are true. Whether Apple will
release this in its next periodic public beta release, due out in 1-2 weeks, is not entirely certain but we would not be
at all surprised. The next public beta will also include Javascript compatibility improvements, more performance
improvements all around, and numerous bug fixes.
