OS9用ですが、アップルスクリプトでできます。下のをアプレット保存し、
起動すると現在のデスクトップを記憶します。
記憶させたアプレットを起動項目に入れれば良いです。
（ただしClassic起動の時にアプレットも起動してしまいます）
