277氏の方法はうちでは上手く行かなかったので、へなちょこperlで

以上をie2safari1.plなどとファイルに保存。
terminalで「perl {パス}ie2safari1.pl」と実行。Favorites.enc.htmlが出来るので
Favorites.htmlにリネーム。
~/Library/Safari/ と ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
が既にあるならリネーム。Safari起動→終了。続く……
