うちも全く同じ症状で困ってます。
emacsは12/21のCVS版
tamagoは前(emacsが↑じゃない頃)
にmakeした奴(4.0.6だったと思う)でした。

tamagoはさっきCVSからtarで落としてきたやつを
makeしようとしましたが失敗しました。
それ以前にconfigureの時点で駄目っぽいです。
