CVSでCarbon Emacsをダウンロードしました。
% ./configure --with-carbon --without-x
% make clean ; make bootstrap

でコンパイルが行われますが、最後のemacs lispのコンパイルで
失敗してるようで、完成しないのですが、誰か対策方法を
ご存じですか？

japan-utilというファイルが怪しそうですが。
