1.Using ResEdit (or another resource editor), open the make-over file and the iTunes application.

ResEditで、iTunes（アプリのリソース）と、make-overファイル（downloadしたファイルかね）を開く。

2.Copy all of the resources* from the make-over file into the original iTunes application.

make-overファイルのすべてのリソースをiTunesアプリにコピーする。

3.Select "Yes" to replace resources.

置き換えますかの質問で、はいを選択する。

4.Close and save.

保存して閉じる。

という感じなんでしょ。
