.Mac - Feedback
ttp://www.apple.com/feedback/mac.html

Many Japanese Macintosh users, including me, were disappointed with
the announcement for ".mac" service. Many users who cannot use MacOS
X as daily environment and cannot use full services which ".mac" offers,
feel betrayed by that decision. Why don't you offer more reasonable price
option for email-account-alone service? If your company seriously wants to
keep users' close relationship and strong loyalty with Apple, please
provide more affordable email service course.
