とりあえず
use textEdit to do this.

First Copy and paste this in a new document and save it as "OfficeBlock":

/sbin/ipfw add 0 deny udp from any to any 2222
/sbin/ipfw add 0 deny tcp from any to any 3464

Then open a new document in text edit and copy and paste this and saveit as "StartupParameters.plist"

Then go in Macintosh HD (or the name you had given to your disk) then
go in "Library" and locate a folder named: "StartupItems", then create
a new folder in it called "OfficeBlock" and put the two text files,
"OfficeBlock" and "StartupParameters.plist" in it, restart your computer.
