から yum repo 用設定ファイルの rpm をgetしてインストール

2. /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo の [base] と [update] セク
ションに
exclude=postgresql*
を追記して CentOS 側で配布されてる postgresql パッケージを使
わないようにする

3. yum search postgresql で適当に必要なやつを探して yum install
